Business Visa
Tourist Visa Requirements
- DVS Request Form
- Your original passport, valid at least six(6) months upon entering Pakistan
- (04) Visa application forms to be fully completed and signed by the applicant
- (04) Additional form for Business Visa application
- (04) Attached 2x2 Passport picture recent photo at least six(6) months
- (04) copies of cover letter to the embassy detailing the purpose of the trip in Pakistan
- Itinerary (04) copies of airline tickets or itinerary showing arrival and departure dates
- Letter of Invitation (4) from the sponsoring company or host to be visited in Pakistan
- Bank Statement (04) copies of Proof of sufficient funds, such as bank statement etc
- Business Letter (04) copies of letter from company on official letterhead, stating duration and purpose of travel, name and address of reference to be visited, and that your company is financially responsible for you during your stay in Pakistan. The letter has to be signed by someone other than the applicant.
