Original, signed U. S. Passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond stay in Afghanistan, with adequate unused visa pages to allow for entry and exit stamps upon arrival and departure from Afghanistan. Note* Amendment pages in the back of your passport are NOT to be used for entry and exit stamps or visa issuance

One 2×2 inch, standard passport size photo with a white background
- Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance
- Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera
- With a neutral facial expression and both eyes open
Personal Letter. A personal letter from the applicant addressed to the Embassy of Afghanistan, explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of travel, cities to be visited, and place of accommodation. Include the applicant’s full name and passport number. This letter must include an original signature
Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary

Introduction of the applicant by the Chambers of Commerce or other competent authorities of the country to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Providing work permit and description of business activities
Providing the relevant company address (in Afghanistan, or in the country of origin)
Providing bank account
