• DVS Request Form
• Recent Passport-type photograph the passport photo copy  must be 2x2, color, with a white background  showing a full front view of the face and please attached the photo with the application using paperclip
• Itinerary, copy of your  airline tickets showing arrival and departure dates
• Visa Application Form Online. You will need to fill it out and print it as separate pages (not double-sided), and then sign
• Hand Written India Visa Application Form
• Note: There is an additional online transcription fee of $10.00 for Handwritten India visa application form.

Business Visa Requirements

• DVS Request Form
• Original, signed U. S. Passport With at least 3 blank visa pages, valid for at least six months from the date of expiration

• 1 Recent Passport-type photograph the passport photo copy  must be 2x2, color, with a white background  showing a full front view of the face and please attached the photo with the application using paperclip
• A photo ID is required  also, proof of address like  utility bills (gas bill ,water ,electricity )
• NOTE . Non US Citizens, should provide a copy of the U.S. Resident Alien Card (green card), if you have it but ,for those who don't have a green card please  provide a copy of a valid US visa and I-94 received upon entry into the US
• Itinerary. Copy of your  itinerary showing arrival and departure dates.
• Invitation letter  from Sponsor Organization in India:
  • On company letter include address in India (with the company's stamp
  • Include nature of applicant's business
  • Include duration of stay
  • Include duration of the visa  applied for (1 Year, 5 Year, 10 Year)
  • Include places and organizations to be visited in India
  • Include a guarantee to meet maintenance expenses of trip to India
