Visa Requirements
- DVS Request Form
- Your original passport, with at least 6 months of validity
- One (01) Visa application forms to be fully completed and signed by the applicant
- One (01) Attached 2x2 Passport picture recent photo at least six(6) months
- Itinerary copy of your airline tickets showing arrival and departure dates
- Business Letter Letter from company on official letterhead, addressed to: "Embassy of Jordan, Visa Section, Washington DC", stating duration and its purpose, name and address of reference to be visited, and that your company is financially responsible for you during your stay in Jordan and return transportation is guaranteed. The letter has to be signed by someone other than the applicant
