Business Visa Requirements
- DVS Request Form
- Your original passport, with a validity period of at least six (6) months beyond the projected expiration date of the visa
- TWO (02) Visa application forms to be fully completed and signed by the applicant
- One (1) completed the "Work History form"
- TWO (02) identical passport-size color photographs
- The photograph must have been taken within the last six months.
- The photograph should be in color with a white background
- Photo Size: 35 mm X 45 mm or standard photo size of 2 in X 2 in
- Photo Appearance: The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or angled views are NOT accepted
- Digital Photos: Digitally reproduced photographs must be reproduced without discernible pixels or dot patterns
- Photocopied photographs are NOT accepted
- The Business Letter of U.S. Company and the Invitation Letter of Myanmar Company that have registered according to Myanmar Investment Commission/ Ministries concerned (Both in the letterhead)
- A copy of valid inviting company’s registration

- The recommendation/approval letter by the Local Ministry
