Business Visa Requirements
- DVS Request Form
- Current passport (with at least 6 months validity)
- Completed visa application form
- Two (2) Visa Application Form. Please download, print, complete and sign the Visa application. must be submitted in duplicate
- 2 passport size pictures
- Letter of invitation from the Host company, in Nigeria, accepting full immigration and financial responsibility as well as stating the purpose of visit (and duration of stay)
- Letter of introduction from the applicant's company or organization
